Progress

We will be in posession of the finished full animation set within the next day or so, at which point work will begin on getting the model and animations functioning in-game. We'll endeavour to keep you all informed of the progress being made, but things are definitely starting to come together. Keep your eyes peeled!

A decade of IOS

Ten years ago to the day, a Half-Life modification was unleashed upon the world. That modification was of course International Online Soccer beta 1. Whilst the mod was in development for almost a year before this, it was not available to the public and the community had not yet begun. Since then we've seen countless players come and go, new teams form and then collapse, leagues and cups, as well as uncountable highs and lows. And yet we're still here, perhaps in the midst of one of the most exciting periods within IOS' history, where the game is on the verge of the most impressive release yet. None of this would have been possible of course without routetwo, the creator and former long-suffering developer of IOS. Fortunately development is now in just as capable hands, and the game shows no sign of giving up - quite the opposite.

Keep an eye out for some celebration and nostalgia that's coming your way!

New models unveiled

The new player models for the upcoming version of IOS:S have now been unveiled, and you can see them in all their glory by visiting the media page. These player models would not exist were it not for the generousity of the community, so a big thanks must go out to them. They are not yet animated, as we are still currently on the hunt for a new animator. To help us do this, we'd be forever grateful if you were to contribute to our fund to get the player model animated. Any donations will be hugely appreciated and will go a long way to helping us secure an animator to bring these models to life! The link is on the media page, alongside the models.
